betji reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close any account that fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or where documentation provided is found to be false, altered, or unverifiable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betji login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any other person under any circumstances. betji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

betji accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. betji does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's name.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the betji cashier section at the time of transaction. betji reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your betji account balance in real time; however, in exceptional circumstances, processing delays may occur.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the same Player, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. betji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
All withdrawal requests are subject to standard KYC verification. betji reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request pending completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the payment method selected, though betji endeavours to process requests as quickly as possible.
betji does not charge internal fees for standard withdrawal transactions; however, your bank or mobile payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which betji accepts no responsibility.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. betji will notify the Player via their registered email address prior to any dormancy-related action. After a further period of inactivity, betji may apply an administrative maintenance fee in accordance with its dormancy policy as published on the Platform from time to time.
betji may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits, and time limitations. These specific terms will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
All bets placed on betji are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. betji's decision on the outcome of any bet or game shall be final and binding, subject to any genuine error or manifest technical fault.
betji reserves the right to void, suspend, or withhold settlement of any bet where betji has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, match manipulation, insider information, or abuse of platform errors. In such cases, betji may retain relevant funds pending investigation and may report the matter to appropriate authorities.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game or betting session, betji will endeavour to reconstruct the session from available logs. Where this is not possible, betji reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the applicable stake to the Player's account balance. betji accepts no liability for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
Maximum winnings limits apply on betji and are set per game type and per market. These limits are displayed within the respective game or betting interface. betji reserves the right to impose individual player winnings caps where warranted by risk management considerations.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the betji platform without the prior written consent of betji. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betji excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the betji platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even where betji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
betji's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betji account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude betji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may request closure of your betji account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements and standard processing times.
betji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if betji determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or if betji is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of verified fraudulent activity, betji reserves the right to forfeit account balances.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to betji's operations. betji's decisions regarding gameplay, bet settlements, and account matters are final and binding subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

betji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of betji following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept revised terms, you must cease using betji and close your account.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of these terms.
